MUA Cream Blush in Bittersweet Review

MUA Cream Blush in Bittersweet Review

Truth be told although I do like cream blush I don't tend to use it very often. I have no idea why this is but for some reason they just aren't part of my go to products. Despite this, a cream blush I am very fond of when I do decide to use one is MUA Bittersweet.

The cream MUA blushers are packaged very similarly to the powder ones so sport the same simple black and transparent casing which although isn't particularly sturdy is good for viewing the product without having to look at the name or opening the palette.

I was first drawn to Bittersweet because of the colour. The cream blush is a gorgeous bright blue toned 'Barbie' pink which at first glance looks like a scary shade in the pan but when you actually use it can be blended out to give you a nice pop of colour. The formulation is soft and silky but slightly oily so will be better for people who have dry or combination skin. I have the latter and find that once applied this blush gives my skin a gorgeous dewy finish which brightens up my face. I find the staying power of this blush good too as I can wear it for several hours without it fading or moving although it does last longer if I set it with a powder blush or translucent powder.

Priced at only £2.00 MUA Bittersweet is an absolute bargain and well worth the money. You can buy it from Superdrug.

What is your favourite cream blush?
