Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Scrub Review

I hope everyone is well? What is with the crazy weather here in the UK at the moment?! This morning it was a beautiful summers day and now it's dull, cold and raining :( *sob sob*
So today's review is on the Soap and Glory Body Scrub Sugar Crush. This is a very popular product in the beauty world so I had high expectations when trying it for the first time but I must admit I have mixed views about it.
This exfoliator contains brown sugar, sweet lime, almond oil and macadamia grains which together creates a pale brown paste. Unfortunately, I really dislike the smell. I first used this product back in January as I got it in a kit at Christmas and it was enough to put me off using it again until the last few weeks. It's such a shame because this is a really great exfoliator and i'm a fan of Soap and Glory products but for me the lime scent is very overpowering and just a bit much. I prefer the original scent which whilst strong is more perfumed and floral.

Despite this, as previously mentioned, this is a lovely body scrub. The product works very well with my sensitive skin as it isn't too harsh. It feels nourishing as the scrub is a thick consistency and works well to make my skin smooth. It is also easy to apply as you just scoop what you need out of the pot.

The puddles are because I used this in the shower this morning.
The packaging is simple and fits in well with the Soap and Glory brand. The pot is a nice size and I like that you can see the product through the transparent sides of the container. You can see exactly what you are buying and how much product is left.
I will probably finish the pot of Sugar Crush Body Scrub but I doubt I will buy it again. Instead I think I will stick to Flake Away which has the original scent or a different brand.
What are your thoughts on this Soap and Glory product? What body exfoliator would you recommend?
